Starting at the physical store, Shane’s Cards was a phenomenal location with a personal story. I needed to update the website to match this energy and the plethora of inventory that they have on offer. The site in its current state was unable to drive traffic and was unable to instill trust in the users. They like having customers come into the store and do not want to move to a primarily digital storefront. This laid out my challenge and what my goals were as far as the business was concerned. Creating a model that is informative for potential customers, while motivating them to come to the location.
